Comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Primary bedroom offers a king size bed and a spacious bath with double vanity and large walk-in shower. Both guest rooms have queen-size beds, ample closet space and share a single vanity bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Two private furnished screened-in balconies will afford you coffee and pastry breakfasts at sunrise, photo-worthy sunsets, cocktails in the evening and everything in between. Your view looks out over the natural preserve and channel to see all the boats heading in and out of the marina. In the distance, you’ll see the Caloosahatchee River as it spills into the Gulf of Mexico, out to the Sanibel Causeway and beyond.
If you aren’t dining at one of the resort’s restaurants, Rumrunners, Cape Harbour Oyster Bar & Grill, The French Press, or Fathoms Restaurant & Bar, your fully loaded kitchen offers everything you’ll need for preparing your own exquisite meals for a quiet night in with dinner on the lanai. A grocery store, banks, ice cream shop, and drugstore, are just over one mile away, not to mention your choice of fast-food restaurants.
Spend the day exploring the swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center and clubhouse, and Marina. The condo is well stocked with all the gear you’ll need for a day at the beach: pool/beach towels, chairs, cooler, tote and buggy.
At the marina, you’ll find several sightseeing cruise options: an ecological lunch tour; a dolphin nature tour; homes, harbour, and nature tour; or a dolphin sunset cruise. You may also choose to rent a boat to go fishing, tubing or kneeboarding. We recommend early reservation of boat and equipment.
On-site resort shopping opportunities include a boutique, gallery, purses and apparel, jewelry, souvenirs, farmers market, and more.
Other items furnished for your convenience and comfort during your stay: wi-fi and a selection of books, puzzles, cards, and games.
Sanibel and Captiva Islands are nearby popular spots for beaching and shelling. Fort Myers Beach is also just a short drive away, as are the Edison-Ford Estates and Downtown Fort Myers.
A complete private laundry inside is for your use, or you may choose to call us for housekeeping services during your stay, whether for a change of linens or full cleaning.

Located in Pelican, a neighborhood in Cape Coral, this apartment is near a water park. Sanibel Island Lighthouse and Edison and Ford Winter Estates are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Sanibel Island Southern Beach and Estero Boulevard Beach. Tropical Breeze Fun Park and Sun Splash Water Park are also worth visiting.
