Welcome to paradise! Spend your days relaxing on the beautiful lanai in your own spa like sanctuary. It's the perfect area for you to watch the fish and rays play in the water, read a book or sip a beverage. Don't miss walking and biking through the beautiful neighborhood or walk down to your own private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or the Gulf of Mexico! The perfect day doesn't end there—watch the colorful sky as the sun goes down while cooking a steak on the gas grill, followed by a peaceful moonlit evening swim.
Once inside the home, you'll find spacious, light filled rooms with spectacular views of the water! The house has a very open light and airy feel to it with large glass doors leading to the lanai. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a big screen Tv and comfortable sofas and luxurious linens and towels.
Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom makes this the perfect home for 3 couples or large families traveling together! The master bedroom suite features a TV, king bed and walk in shower in the spacious bathroom. On the other side of the home are 2 guest bedrooms, each with their own TVs and attached bathroom. This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

Located in Pelican, a neighborhood in Cape Coral, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the waterfront. Sanibel Island Lighthouse and Edison and Ford Winter Estates are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Sanibel Island Southern Beach and Estero Boulevard Beach. Tropical Breeze Fun Park and Sun Splash Water Park are also worth visiting. Kayaking and parasailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and hiking nearby.
