As you arrive notice the beautiful palms, landscaping, and flowers. Then walk into the entry that has a binder of information for your stay and a guest book. The great room is spacious with vaulted ceilings and an extra large wall of windows overlooking the pool while letting in plenty of sunlight. The sliders fully open onto your screened in lanai and truly provide the very best of indoor-outdoor living!
Here you will find your newly tiled and resurfaced pool and spa. The perfect place to have a swim and cocktail. By day you will soak in the sunshine as you look out at the canal watching boaters and wildlife pass by. By night you will love the twinkling lights up and down the canal as you soak in the hot tub.
There is an abundance of seating in this area, enough for 14 people! With loungers, tables, chairs, and sofas you will easily find a comfortable spot. In addition you will find pool toys, a grill, and plenty of room to play games. The large television in the living room can be seen from the pool area and blue-tooth speakers are provided for your music. You can also walk below the pool to a private dock. Sit in the Adirondack chairs and read a book, throw in a fishing pole, or launch the kayak provided.
Once inside head to the brand new kitchen. Beautiful glassware, a dry bar, coffee bar, blender, grill accessories, espresso maker, walk in pantry, and plenty of baskets and serving trays are some of the extra touches. Seating for 8 at the large island and 4 more at the nearby table make great indoor dining.
The bedrooms are comfortable and private because they are in separate corners of the house. Each has their own television and two of the bedrooms open directly to the pool and lanai. The bathrooms have large beautiful showers and the primary bath also has a perfect soaker tub. You will find a laundry room, beach towels, bath towels and linens for all.
In the garage grab the three bikes or beach equipment and go explore beautiful Cape Coral.
Luckily we are just minutes by bicycle or walking to some great coffee shops, live music, fine dining, shopping, and a Publix. Cape Harbor is only about a mile away. In addition Sanibel, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers beaches, shops, and restaurants are all about a 30 minute drive from our home or by boat enjoy the gulf and beaches just a mere 20 minutes away. Sanibel Island Lighthouse and Edison and Ford Winter Estates are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Sanibel Island Southern Beach and Estero Boulevard Beach. Tropical Breeze Fun Park and Sun Splash Water Park are also worth visiting.
