Welcome to this amazing western exposure, gulf access, heated pool home with water views from almost every room. As you enter the home into the spacious living and dining room area with an amazing view of the pool area and then you enter into the spacious great room where you will be delighted with an amazing view of the pool and water front wide canal. You are about 45 minutes from open water and on your way to the Gulf of Mexico. You will see the enjoy glowing sunsets and gulf breezes on the lanai, or fish from the dock as boaters pass by and wave hello.”

On the other side of the home is 2 very good size guest bedrooms (1 king in one room and a queen with bunk beds in the other) with a guest bath between them, walk in shower.
