Rates & Policies
The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15/night plus tax. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for the first 3–5 days of stay
A propane tank is available at the home, but the level is not monitored. Guests may be responsible for refills
