Island home with direct access to Matlacha Pass. A 2-story property equipped with a pool and spa, high-speed internet, smart TV's, and smart home applications. Enjoy the balconies with sunrise and sunset views. Kayak directly off the back dock from the properties private kayak launch . You can fish right off the back dock, bike, or walk to the local shops/restaurants and the world famous Matlacha bridge, which is less than half a mile away. 2 Kayaks and 2 bicycles are included in the rental.

Upstairs, you will find the masterbedroom with a king-sized bed, a full bath, laundry, coffee bar, kitchen, main living amenities, balconies in both the front and back of the house, as well as a single bed sleeper sofa.
Downstairs, enjoy direct access to the pool, spa, grill, and patio dining. A guest bedroom with a queen bed. Main living with a breakfast table for two, a queen bed sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, and a full bath.
Matlacha is home to this vacation home. Rotary Park Environmental Center and Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Tropical Breeze Fun Park and Bowland Coral Lanes. Mike Greenwell's Bat-A-Ball & Family Fun Park and Sun Splash Water Park are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and motor boating nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
