Thanks for viewing my recently remodeled coastal theme townhouse!! Prime location only a few blocks from the beach (less than 10 min walk). The unit’s sleeping arrangements are:
Bedroom 1: Upper level - King bed & en-suite full bath
Bedroom 2: Lower - Queen bed & en-suite full bath
Loft: Upper - Twin bed
Living room: Queen pull-out sofa bed
The backyard's patio has lounging options and hanging lights for the evening. There are beach towels, chairs, umbrellas & an outdoor shower with hot water!

The space includes all beach needs. There are smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, along with high-speed internet.
Both bedrooms are very large and the living room high ceiling with natural wood offers a spacious yet cozy beach feel. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living area and sky light at the top of the living area that adds the perfect natural light.

In addition, the driveway can fit up to 4 sedans cars or two large SUVs for optimum parking space.

All house decor and accessories are not guaranteed subject to change.

If you have a long-term stay (greater than 2 weeks), access to a washer/dryer may be provided. There are two laundromats available in the neighborhood.

Cape Caneveral Beach Gardens, a neighborhood in Cape Canaveral, is home to this vacation home. Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and The Wizard of Oz Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Astronauts Memorial Space Mirror and I Dream Of Jeannie Lane. Traxx at Jungle Village and Golf-N-Gator are also worth visiting.
