Our Beach Home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Both bedrooms enjoy their own private patio or balcony, for a special retreat feel. Check out our AMAZING LOFT!!!

LIVINGROOM
The Livingroom has a Roku TV, comfortable seating, stone fireplace (decorative only), beautiful vaulted ceilings, modern coastal decor and new flooring. Enjoy free high speed WiFi.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
1st Bedroom is on the ground floor - queen bed, bathroom with shower, Roku TV and glass sliders out to a fenced patio.

2nd bedroom is on the 2nd floor and is in a beautiful open loft, where it enjoys the spectacular vaulted ceilings, queen bed, bathroom with jetted soaking tub, Roku TV and glass sliders out to a large balcony.

We can accommodate an additional 2 guests, allowing 6 to sleep in the unit, utilizing a Queen air mattress as a 3rd bed. This is set up in the upstairs loft bedroom.

KITCHEN
Nicely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer. Kitchen is nicely equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee pot, toaster - everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Enjoy your meals at the beautiful granite counter top eating area.

Our Beach Home has central air conditioning/heating, washer/dryer, clothes steamer, bed linens, towels and hair dryers.

For your enjoyment we provide some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels and some Beach Toys - everything you need for an enjoyable time at the beach and a great vacation.

Starter paper goods, toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided. Guest is responsible for any replenishments during their stay.

Pet friendly - Dog bed provided for your pup as well as food/water bowls.

*Stairs are required to access the 2nd floor bedroom loft, it's bathroom with tub and balcony.

Convenient free onsite parking in the adjacent parking lot - 2 cars maximum.

Pets are allowed. $125 PER pet per stay. All pets must be pre-approved - some breeds/weights are excluded. Maximum of 2 pets.

HOUSE RULES:

PARKING
- Free parking for 2 cars - max allowed
- 2 Parking passes are allocated for the unit
- No parking of Boats/RVs/Trailers/Campers
- Please refrain from parking in marked spots for residents

DOGS: Up to 2 dogs allowed under 35lbs. Dogs must be pre-approved. Some breed exclusions. Dogs must be treated for fleas and up to date on vaccines. No animal on furniture or beds - you may bring your own blanket/sheet for them to lie on if on furniture/bed. Animals must be crated if left alone in the unit and the animal should not be left unattended for long periods of time in excess of 3 hours. Dog should never be left unattended outside. Guests should prevent animal from excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors. Guest responsible for all and any damages caused by Pets/Dogs. Owner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury to animals or humans that may occur either indoors or outdoors of property. Guest is solely responsible for animal at the property. Pet fee of $125 per stay to be collected - This will be billed separately after booking. Extra cleaning may be needed and will be billed after check out.

RESPONSIBILITY
Owner is NOT responsible for loss of wifi, electricity, utilities etc as a result of provider or weather outages, that are beyond the control of the owner. At no time will any refund be given for such loss.

Please be aware that owner is not responsible or liable for any injuries, losses, accidents or damages to a person or property, during a guests stay inside or outside of the property. Including all guests and visitors to the property. Entering property assumes agreement.

Please swim at your own risk at the beach. Owner is not responsible for any injuries, losses, accidents or damages to a person or property whilst attending the beach. Please follow all and any beach signage. Lifeguards may not be present.

Located in Cape Canaveral, this vacation home is near the beach. Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and The Wizard of Oz Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Astronauts Memorial Space Mirror and I Dream Of Jeannie Lane. Traxx at Jungle Village and Golf-N-Gator are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
