• Extra Guest Policy: The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. For additional guests (up to a maximum of 12), there is a fee of $35 per person, per day to cover added liability, wear and tear, and cleaning. This fee applies only to guests exceeding 8.
• Hot Tub Disclaimer: While we strive to maintain the hot tub in excellent condition, please note that unforeseen maintenance issues may occur, and availability cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time.
• Parties and Events: Parties, events, or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. This policy ensures the comfort, security, and satisfaction of all guests and respects the peace of our surrounding community.
• Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, all outdoor music and noise must end by 10 PM.
• No Pets or Weapons: Pets and weapons of any kind are not permitted on the property.
