An off grid campground on Ashely’s Rad Barn Hemp CO farm. Set it n the beautiful Smokey mountains. Nestled in a valley of Mnt. Pisgah in Pisgah National forest, we are located in Candler,NC. 20 minutes from down town Asheville & 5 minutes from the blue ridge parkway. 9 water falls within 10 miles. We offer primitive campsites, with the exception of Porta potty‘s and Wi-Fi. There are currently 6 sites along the creek and 2 in the field adjacent to the hemp greenhouses. Each site has a fire pit and everyone has access to the swimming holes and creek. There are 4 dogs on the property. One Doberman, one lab, a chihuahua, and a Yorkie mix. Please be sure dogs are friendly with people, children, and other dogs. There are not lights on the property besides a string of lights near the port a potties.
Located in Candler, this campground is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Shoppers can check out Asheville Outlets, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Pisgah National Forest and Biltmore Estate. North Carolina Arboretum and Western North Carolina Agricultural Center are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with water tubing and fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with mountain biking and hiking.
