This property features it's very own beach area with a sandy shallow walk-in, lakeside fire pit, playground, water toys, games and more. The perfect place to make memories and reconnect with loved ones in this spacious family-friendly place.
The Space:
Family Room is large with vaulted beamed ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that look out to an unobstructed lake view. Couch + 3 large club chairs and 2 ottomans. 65" Samsung Smart TV, DVD/BluRay player, in-ceiling speakers, Pioneer sound system with iPhone connection, Nintendo Switch with a variety of games, cards & games for children and adults.
Dining Room has seating for 8 + 4 additional seats bar height seats at kitchen island and 4 seats for children at their own table with a view.
Kitchen is has all the utensils, pots/pans, dishes and glasses you need and some cooking products. Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, double Sink, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker + Keurig combo, espresso maker, double island.
Guest Room 1 has vaulted ceilings, log King bed, single trundle bed, walkout to deck and lake view. Ensuite has a double sink vanity + walk-in shower.
Guest Room 2 has a log twin over King bunk bed and additional day bed.
Guest Room 3 has a wood Queen platform bed.
Guest Room 4 has a King bed + single bed railed children's house bed, stunning lake view with walkout to patio
Guest Room 5 has a Queen bed with desk workstation and play fort
Main bathroom has a shower tub combo.
Lower level Main bath with walk-in glass shower and dual vanity
Lower level rec room with bar area and seating area with walkout to lake
Large upper deck with breathtaking view has a connected gas BBQ, large outdoor dining set and sun loungers

West Parry Sound District Museum and The Museum on Tower Hill are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include MV Chippewa III and Charles W Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts. Motor boating and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and ecotours nearby.
