This charming cottage is located on a well-maintained municipal road, ensuring easy access year-round, even during winter when snow is regularly plowed by the town ❄️.

Please note: Phone reception is limited in the area, however high-speed Starlink internet is provided 🌐. We strongly recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling before arrival and saving the Wi-Fi password for easy access.

We value the peaceful and quiet nature of our neighborhood, and sound travels easily in this area. Respecting our neighbours is extremely important. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LOUD OUTDOOR NOISE. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This property is best suited for guests seeking a relaxing and peaceful getaway 🌿.

✨ Private River Access – Black River ✨

At the back of the property, a natural path leads down to the Black River. The trail is somewhat steep, so we recommend wearing appropriate footwear when carrying kayaks or exploring the riverbank 🚣‍♂️.

Once you reach the river, you'll discover a peaceful and secluded stretch of water surrounded by forest, perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing by the river 🌲💧.

The river is shallow directly behind the cottage, making it ideal for launching kayaks or paddle boards. As you paddle downstream, the river gradually becomes deeper, where swimming may be possible depending on water levels. As this is a natural river, guests should be mindful of rocks, branches, currents, and changing conditions.

We provide two kayaks, and guests are welcome to bring their own paddle boards and water equipment.

The cottage is strictly limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation.

Please note that Township waste collection rules are strictly enforced.

Guests are not permitted to leave any household garbage or food waste at the cottage. All garbage and food waste must be taken with you upon checkout. Any garbage or food waste left behind will be subject to a $10 disposal fee per bag.

Guests may leave recycling and empty alcohol containers, provided they are properly sorted and placed in separate clear bags.

If any garbage or food waste is mixed with recycling, or if alcohol containers are mixed with recycling, the entire bag will be treated as garbage and a $10 disposal fee per bag will apply.

We are pet-friendly upon approval 🐾. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

We also have a bird feeder at the front of the cottage. Feel free to bring bird seed and enjoy watching the many local birds that visit the property 🐦🌳.

Located in Bracebridge, this cottage is on the waterfront. Gravenhurst Opera House and Muskoka Boat & Heritage Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Santa's Village and Bracebridge Fair Grounds. Traveling with kids? Consider High Falls Water Park and Bracebridge Resource Management Centre. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling.
