An open layout gives an expansive feel to this great, over 1100 square foot condo. New appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, and BBQ on the patio allow for eating-in opportunities. Morning sunshine on the large patio off the master bedroom is an invitation to sit and enjoy coffee and a newspaper, whereas the second patio off of the living room is bathed in sunshine later during the day.
As a guest in the Discovery Bay lakeside complex, you can enjoy the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, steam room, fitness center, pool table, and ping pong table.
