Waterville Estates is a year-round resort where you'll receive one pass to the nearby Recreation Center. Additional passes can be purchased at the front desk. Here you can enjoy the 2 indoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, game room and bar area. There are also basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, plus a fun playground to entertain the children! One outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub! In the summer, the Waterville Estate's Pond has a sandy beach, swim platform and paddleboat rentals. In the winter, enjoy the ice skating pond. Also, there are plenty of cross-country and walking trails throughout the Estates. Plenty to do for the entire family!! Campton Mt opens in the winter for weekend and night skiing with a lodge including food and drinks. Campton Mt has a chair and tow rope- great family fun.
