The space:
The Bear Cottage come with:

3 bedrooms with King Size Bed in each, a loft area with 1 Twin bed, 1 Day bed with a Trundle (A pull-out-bed). It can easily accommodate 9 people.

2 full bathrooms, equipped with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Kitchen is fully stocked, including a dishwasher, cooking range, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker and all other essentials.

The living room has TV and access to DVDs, CDs, Board Games, Cards, Toys to enjoy a fun filled night with friends and family.

Next to the dining area are big sliding doors that lead to the deck, which contains a peaceful seating area, and a Grill with seasonal access.

To enjoy the crisp, cool New Hampshire air, you can sit out in the backyard near the fire-pit and under the stars.

Guest access:
The guests have access to entire house except the Utility and Storage Rooms in the basement.

The stay comes with a FREE Guest Pass to Waterville Estate Community Center. Additional passes can be purchased at the center for a nominal fee starting at $5 for kids/$10 for adults and kids under 7 are FREE. The center is equipped with all kinds of amenities that keeps both adults and kids busy throughout the stay - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, hot tubs, sauna, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball, arcade, indoor and outdoor children play area, and much more. The community center also houses a private lake where you can enjoy all kind of water activities in summer and ice skating in winter. Campton Ski Area is open to all guests during winter.
