Enjoy everything Old Kinderhook has to offer as a premier golf resort at Lake of The Ozarks. The home is tucked in the woods and is within walking distance to all the great amenities offered at the Resort including 2 pools, Aveda Spa, tennis & volleyball courts(summer), ice skating rink(winter), boat ramp, golf, driving range, walking trails, restaurants and bars.
The backyard makes you feel like you’re in a middle of the woods with lot's of privacy. You’ll enjoy relaxing on a number of decks, cooking smores at a large outdoor firepit, covered grilling area with a new weber gas grill and 36” griddle (ideal for cooking breakfast outside), all while enjoying what mother nature has to offer.
Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, living room with 2 pull-out sofa’s, big screen TV (Co-Mo Connect cable TV, high-speed internet, Roku and a DVD player) and audio surround sound in the house and on the decks. The relaxing dining area has plenty of seating and a very peaceful view of the back woods. The primary suite has vaulted ceilings with a king bed, siting area, large walk-in closet and your own en-suite bathroom. Bathroom is large with a glass shower, relaxing soaking tub and dual vanities. Second main floor bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in closet, access into a large bathroom with shower/tub, and private deck just outside. Upstairs bedroom is set up as a bunk room ideal for kids or adults wanting to get away from the action. The 2 bunk beds are twins over fulls, with a sitting area, TV for games or movies, walk-in closet and bathroom with a shower. Other amenities include washer/dryer, ceiling fans, board games, DVD’s and water softner system.
Located in Camdenton, this vacation home is next to a golf course and on a lake. Lake of the Ozarks and Ha Ha Tonka State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include BigSurf Waterpark and Downhill Ruckus.
