The condo is located on the 3rd floor but only sevens stair steps from the parking lot. Boat slips can be rented on a first come basis. New vinyl flooring. Enjoy all the comforts of home, a private, covered, screened-in deck over-looking the lake, plus 2 swimming pools, one is heated. Something for everyone because of the close location to Camdenton and Osage Beach. Bridal Cave, Ha Ha Tonka State Park with its numerous walking trails, castle ruins, wineries, two public golf courses and shopping; all within a short 10-30 minute drive. Numerous restaurants all along the shoreline but also easily reachedMust be at least 25 years old to be a renter. Sorry, but absolutely no smoking or pets. If you are interested in a boat slip please put the request in comments when you make your reservation will contact you direct about the boat slip. You can fish off the docks but no jumping in the lake off the docks. We are not allowed to have grills or bbq pits on decks thank you.
