Inside, the home is dressed in lots of comfortable furniture and homey décor, with glossy, burnished floors and two levels of comfort and convenience. You'll love the classic layout and amenities that await around every corner. The living room has a flatscreen TV for kicking back with an afternoon ballgame or your favorite Netflix movies and shows. The house's heaters and baseboard heat will keep everything nice and warm during cold evenings. The full kitchen has everything you need to create a wonderful meal, the dining table has enough seating for up to four guests, and the dishwasher will help you clean up afterward. Take advantage of the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device or research a new adventure. Fire up the private gas grill to host a fun-filled cookout with friends. When it's time to wrap up an evening, the two bedrooms will ensure you have a nice, restful sleep. Good thing too, because with so many fun activities nearby, you're going to need the rest!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
