This waterfront home has a open floor plan for entertaining and comfortable living. The view of the river is fully visible from all rooms downstairs with over-sized windows to fully enjoy the surroundings. The Dining area is furnished with a large unique industrial table, sideboard, high-top table for entertaining. The Livingroom is a comfortable slipcovered sofa to enjoy the view or watch a movie or sports on Netflix! The kitchen is also included as the open space, with features of all high-quality appliances! Of course, what home isn't complete without Alexa! She can change the mood you want by playing music, changing the color of the cabinet strip light or turn on and off lights at your command! An open sitting room with fresh, comfortable wicker furniture also has views and TV. There is a downstairs sunroom with a twin bed, with full waterfront views and is a relaxing place to have your morning tea! Also, 1/2 bath with a stackable washer/dryer. The double front doors open up to a 20x10ft porch furnished with iron furniture (large table, and many chairs for seating! Upstairs, has a spa bathroom with a walk-in tiled glass enclosed shower!
