This is a two bedroom two full bath pet friendly home with a nice open floor plan. The yard is enclosed by a high fence making it nice and private and a perfect place for your furry friend to roam.
Beautiful sunsets, whale watching and fabulous coastal views is what awaits you at "That View".
Whether you're having your morning coffee in the sun drenched solarium, or sipping evening wine on the deck, the views from this home are guaranteed to sooth your soul. This home is directly across the road from Moonstone Beach which is a 10 minute walk away. There you can stroll on the boardwalk, beach comb or stop in one of the fine restaurants for a cocktail or a bite to eat. A five minute walk gets you down to the west village where you'll find many delightful boutiques and yummy eats.
From this house you are also able to see the estuary near the park and if you're lucky enough to come over 4th of July, you'll have a great view of the fireworks show.
When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.
Located in Cambria, this vacation home is by the sea. Hearst Castle is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Moonstone Beach Park and Moonstone Beach. Cambria State Marine Park and Cambria Center for the Arts are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and mountain biking nearby.
