Experience the river life of Camanche with this completely remodeled 100 year old two story home on the Mississippi. Small house that feels large with lots of seating areas to relax and read a book or take a cat nap. This house has panoramic views up and down the river with a completely new kitchen and new bathrooms. Enjoy the sunrise over the river with all new windows across the backside of the house. Bring your boat as the public boat dock is adjacent to the property or just enjoy watching the boat traffic go by and waving to the friendly boaters. The house is in a perfect location on 1st Street near small parks and the public library and dock. There is a large front porch on the street side where you can sit and watch the many walkers and runners using the bike path.
On the river side of the house there is an open back yard with a picnic table and a small fire pit for fires. The house is also within walking distance to a nearby pub with coffee shops and convenience stores seven short blocks away. This is a house for all seasons! Great for families or group gatherings.

Located in Camanche, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Camanche Depot and Museum and Showboat Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include George M. Curtis Mansion and De Immigrant Windmill. Bickelhaupt Arboretum and River Arts Center are also worth visiting.
