The property has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 16+. If you’d like over 16 guests please inquire. The main house features 4 spacious bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and an open-concept layout meticulously designed for entertainment. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with all Viking appliances including a six-burner stove with hibachi griddle, double ovens, warming drawer, large refrigerator, and much more. The kitchen is fully stocked with every plate, utensil, or cookware that you can possibly need. A large Restoration Hardware dining table seats 12, with four additional counter stools at the kitchen island. The secondary Living Room features a top-of-the-line 77 inch Sony OLED TV. French doors lead out from both ends of the kitchen and living areas directly to expansive outdoor patios, with outdoor dining, couches, fire pits, and large umbrellas - perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying the beautiful views of the surrounding nature. We also have an outdoor kitchen perfect for grilling, a large lap pool with high-end lounge chairs, stunning olive trees with string lights hung over two large dining tables that can seat up to 20 people, and the list goes on. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, private balcony with stunning mountain views, crib, a custom California walk-in closet, 65 inch LED TV, and a spa-like bathroom with clawfoot tub, separate shower, and double vanities. The second upstairs bedroom also features a king bed, private balcony, 65 inch LED TV, walk-in closet, along with a desk, printer, and a full en-suite bathroom. The third upstairs bedroom includes two queen beds, its own balcony, 55 inch LED TV, a walk-in closet, and full en-suite bath. A large upstairs game room offers additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa, foosball, and air hockey. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom features two full-over-full bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a cozy media area with a 65 inch Sony OLED TV, Playstation 5, and comfortable lounge seating. Also located downstairs is your very own wine cellar. The detached guest house is perfect for guests seeking a little more privacy within the group. It includes a king bed, two walk-in closets, full bathroom, dining area, living room with a 65 inch LED TV, its own washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer. In total, this property comfortably sleeps 16-20 guests!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire 38 acre property, with the exception of a few owner closets.

Parking:
Parking is available throughout the property on our driveways at the main house and guest house. Please park within our gates.

Noise Ordinace:
We want to be mindful of the Sonoma County noise ordinance so we ask that there is no loud music/noise outside past 10 PM. We want to be mindful and respectful of our neighbors, I hope you understand. 

Large Gatherings:
Events and large gatherings are allowed only with prior approval - an additional fee is required, so please inquire prior to booking.

Pool:
We do have propane pool heating available for additional charge as it is costly to heat such a large 75ft lap pool. We require at least 48 hour notice and payment prior to check in. It is $400 for the first day and then $200 for additional days. We do also have solar heating as well which depends on the time of the year which is usually late April-early October however it all depends on the weather. Solar pool heating is no additional charge to guests but is only available at select times of the year!

Please be aware that we are in the mountains and on 38 acres so there can be many varieties of wildlife such as insects, falcons, bats, foxes, mountain lions, squirrels, coyotes, snakes, bears, rodents, and other animals. Please be mindful and respectful of wildlife.

NO FIREWORKS, SPARKLERS, BONFIRES, FIRES, CIGARETTES NOT PUT OUT PROPERLY, ETC at any time. We are in a high fire area and the counties as well as the hosts do not allow it. This is STRICTLY enforced.
