Step inside to see the soaring ceilings, kitchen with dishwasher, full bathroom with shower, loft bedroom, and Flat-Screen TV. As the sun fades, trade Air-Conditioning for the relaxing open-air patio complete with shaded pergola and propane fire pit.
The space
The loft bedroom has a queen bed for two while the built-in dining table/couch converts into a full bed for up to two more guests. The private bathroom features its own sink, water conserving toilet, and full sized shower. Cooks and bakers will appreciate the kitchen complete with a full sized refrigerator, propane range, convection microwave, farmhouse sink, and dishwasher. Venture outside to the patio area for grilling on the propane grill and marshmallow roasting over the propane fire pit.
Guest access
Tiny IdaHouse is nestled in the hills nearly half a mile off a quiet country road. Guests will have exclusive access to the home as well as nearly an acre of private seclusion with no visible neighbors. Bordering the property is over 7000 acres of BLM land for guests to enjoy.
Located in Caldwell, this vacation home is in a rural area. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Payette River and Sanitation Reservoir Recreational Area, while Parma Motor-Vu and Four Rivers Cultural Center are cultural highlights. Babby Farms and Canyon County Fairgrounds are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
