About The Home: This 1,524 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome in downtown Telluride is bright and airy with contemporary finishes and lots of natural light. This property lives on three levels with a guest bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, the primary bedroom/bathroom and guest bedroom/bathroom on the second floor, and the kitchen, living, and powder room on the third floor. The third floor features an open floor plan with a dining area, well appointed kitchen, spacious living area, and vaulted ceilings. There is a west-facing deck off the third floor with a natural gas grill for those who love to grill.
The entire home is thoughtfully designed and immaculately clean. The furniture and artwork is thoughtful and well-curated so you can relax and enjoy Telluride in comfort. This townhome is an end unit on the north side of Owl Meadows which provides extra windows in the bedrooms and living area for more light and air than other homes in the community, and you will only share one wall with a quiet neighbor.
You will have everything you need for your Telluride vacation so no need to bring supplies other than your luggage and food!
The home is well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, linens, dish soap, sponges, paper towels, toilet paper, hair dryers, garbage bags, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots & pans, glassware and mugs, and plates and bowls.
Location: This property is on South Mahoney Drive on the west end of Telluride. It is right on the bus route for easy access to the center of town and the gondola if you don't prefer to walk. Otherwise, it's a brief walk (no more than 5 minutes) to Lift 7 for skiing. The grocery store, Clark's Market, is only a three minute walk which makes picking up last minute food as easy as possible, and There Bar and Siam Telluride are dining favorites that are a 5 minute walk, too. And right next to Siam Telluride is Wine Mine for your liquor, wine, and beer needs.
