The open-concept second floor brings everyone together with a spacious living area, warm fireplace, huge island, dining space, and fully stocked modern kitchen with brand-new appliances. When the weather turns, cozy up for card games, movies, or a good book by the fire. There’s wireless internet and central air to keep you comfortable, connected, and happy all stay long.
The home’s layout is perfect for families or groups:

* Third floor: A relaxing primary suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and a cozy lounge area with two futons for extra guests.
Outdoor Adventure at Your Doorstep
Nestled within the Chequamegon National Forest, you're surrounded by 850,000 acres of pristine wilderness—ideal for hiking, biking, wildlife watching, and off-the-grid moments. Whether you're here to relax or to play, the options are endless.
* Boating & Swimming: Bring your boat or use the private dock. With southern exposure, you’ll enjoy sunshine all day long.
* Fishing: Lake Namakagon is a premier trophy musky lake and home to walleye, northern, bass, perch, and crappie. Ice fishing is a favorite winter pastime right off the shore.
* Paddling: Venture out onto the Namekagon River, part of the scenic St. Croix Riverway, for peaceful paddling and fly fishing.
Four Seasons of Fun
* ATV/UTV Riding: Hop on the trail right from the front door and explore over 180 miles of scenic trails through the National Forest.
* Hunting & Fall Colors: Whether you're in pursuit of deer, grouse, or waterfowl—or just leaf-peeping—the autumn season is breathtaking.
* Cross-Country Skiing: Access nearby trail systems like Rock Lake and the world-famous Birkebeiner Trail, or enjoy our private ski trail near the property.
* Snowmobiling: Lake Namakagon is the hub of snowmobiling in the region, with over 1,000 miles of groomed trails at your skis.
