Tower Bottom is a Tower Circle Duplex bottom-floor condo just an easy walk from the beach and ocean. This semi-oceanfront unit includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bath for people who want to come to the beach to enjoy all that it has to offer. You'll be close to Buxton Highway 12 shops and restaurants and to Fessenden Center Skate Park. A great way to have your own space and enough room for your friends or extended family is by renting Tower Top which occupies the same building but is a separate unit with its own entrance. Rent for three nights or for three weeks and enjoy beach life.
Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Buxton, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve and Lighthouse Beach, while Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Buxton Seafood are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
