Equipped with many things to do and activities designed for all ages from the outdoor Jacuzzi to the outdoor game yard. This home has exactly what you need for your next Pocono getaway including in house games and access to community amenities.
**We offer TWO FULL Floors, all for you and your guest containing five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two full kitchens.**

*There is one main self check-in entrance, however, once you've checked in and are inside the house, you will have access to multiple doors for entering and exiting.*

Main Floor Break Down:

Upon entry, the main floor contains 1 full bathroom with a washing/drying unit and 1 Queen size bedroom. Each room has it's own split unit system (manually controlled air conditioner) allowing you to control the temperature to your liking.

You will also find an equipped kitchen with more than enough space to host your friends/family. The kitchen contains all the basics, including: a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses and more. There is a dining area with entry to the secluded patio that contains a gas fire pit, as well as a family room with it's own wood burning fireplace. The family room also has entry to it's own furnished deck and access to the outdoor Jacuzzi.

-Separated by a staircase, we then have the top floor-

The top floor has 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is Queen size, with a private entry to a small furnished deck. Bedroom two is also Queen size and bedroom three contains two Bunkbeds. The last bathroom can be found in the hallway of the top floor.

Ground Floor Break Down:

There is a staircase behind the doors on the middle floor which leads to the ground level. Here you will find the last Queen bedroom, a second family room, a second full kitchen and a mini game area. The mini game area contains numerous board games, a dart board, an air hockey table that can be converted to play Russian Roulette and an eating area with a table that can be converted to play poker.

The mini game area also allows access to the gaming yard where there is a set up of multiple activities. The yard is also fully equipped to host a beautiful summer outdoor gathering with everything you need including a mini fridge, a sink bar, a BBQ grill and another access point to the outdoor Jacuzzi.

Respectfully, this is not a home for parties or events. We best cater to small groups and families looking to experience a fun and relaxing getaway.

Since this is a gated community, guests will need to obtain a gate entry pass for each traveling vehicle, which will allow back and forth access into the community. You will need to provide full names of all guests, as well as vehicle information prior to arrival so that we can register you for your entry pass/passes. Amenity passes which will allow access to the community pool, lake, etc. will already inside of the house.

Please be advised that there will be a $25 additional guest fee per guest, per night, for guests over the amount of 12.

Guests must have their identity verified through Airbnb. In order to verify your identity, if you have not yet done so, please submit your ID on your Airbnb Dashboard

Pets are allowed, but please be advised that if your pet is not a service animal, there will be a one time fee of $75 per pet, as well as a weight requirement of no more than 50lbs for small to medium pets. For larger pets over 50lbs, there will be a charge of $150 per pet. The maximum number of pets allowed is three. Please specify the size and breed through the message thread in order to be charged correctly.

We encourage guests to please pick up after your pets. Our cleaning crew goes above and beyond to clean thoroughly after every visit and if they find pet feces inside or on the properties front lawn and/or backyard, guests will be required to pay an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Saw Creek, a neighborhood in Bushkill, is home to this vacation home. Pocono Indian Museum and Shawnee Golf Resort are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Pocono Bazaar MarketPlace and Callie's Candy Kitchen. Pocono Go-Karts and Play Park and Country Kettle are also worth visiting.
