Newly renovated, historic home with modern features and designs. Our home is located in downtown Burlington and features a wall of windows with spectacular lake and mountain views. The Lake Champlain waterfront, Battery Park and downtown Church Street are a short 10-15 minute walk away. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is great for families and quiet guests as it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood oasis. The backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the sunsets.
We all live fairly close by and one of us can be around in the event that something is needed, but we give our guests their space.
The home is located in a tight-knit, quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk down to the waterfront (going down pedestrian only Depot Street). There is an amazing coffee shop just a couple of minutes away on foot called Scout. They serve up delicious coffee, ice cream, cookies, and pastries.
Located in Old North End, a neighborhood in Burlington, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a lake. Shoppers can check out Church Street Marketplace, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Waterfront Park and Ausable Chasm. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town?
