Reservation Standards

To preserve the serenity and exclusivity of the home, we adhere to the following:

-Total Privacy: Only the two registered guests are permitted on the grounds. No exceptions.


-Climate & Comfort: Thoughtful climate control with AC (during the summer months) and ceiling fans throughout. Please note our seasonal propane fireplace provides warmth from late September through May.


-Canine Guests: We welcome one exceptionally well-behaved, house-trained dog (subject to approval and a $30/night fee). We ask that our antique furnishings remain a pet-free zone.
To protect the vintage upholstery, we ask that your companion stays off all furniture and is crated when you are sleeping or out exploring.

Exclusive Occupancy To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and water chemistry for our private hot tub and sauna, occupancy is strictly limited to the two guests named on the reservation.
