The home is ideally located 1 mile north of the picturesque lake side village of Watkins Glen. It is close to 40 plus wineries, breweries, a distillery, state parks, restaurants and Watkins Glen International Racetrack. The home is not only right on the lake it is literally located on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail with wineries and The Finger Lakes Distillery within 2-5 minutes of the house
The Lake House is a spacious, airy 2500 square foot lake front home with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The home has two separate living areas which could easily accommodate a large group or family and still allow a sense of privacy with a total of four bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 6-8. The hot tub boasts incredible lake views and can be accessed easily from both levels of the house. It is the perfect place to end the day with a glass of wine or local microbrew. A flight of stairs leads to a large double deck dock. The upper level of the dock is an excellent space for soaking up the sun or enjoying a cocktail. The lower dock has a great area for swimming.
