This bright and inviting A-frame features an updated full kitchen with recently serviced appliances including a new dishwasher, new pots and pans, helpful extras like a Keurig coffee maker, a breakfast bar, and a dining table for everyone (perfect for family meals or family game nights). The cozy living area features cathedral ceilings, a large sectional sofa, a TV with streaming services, and easy sliding door access out to the furnished deck. Downstairs, this home also includes a ground-level game room with a full-size pool table that opens out to the backyard. No matter where you choose to relax, know the central air-conditioning will keep you cool. When it's time to wind down for the night, rest blissfully in the beds, all of which feature new mattresses and new mattress tops to increase comfort.

Fisherman's Cove and Lake Anna are your backyard, offering endless adventures on and in the water! Head up to Lake Anna State Park, less than 10 miles north, for hiking, biking, and horseback riding, and see what remains of the Goodwin Gold Mine. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
