The villa was built in 2009 and is fully furnished, with its own 6 x 4m private pool, patio area and parking space for two cars. With four large bedrooms and three bathrooms, it makes it ideal for families sharing as well as couples. The main living room and bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, along with a wood burning stove and central heating making the property suitable for all year rental. It has a quiet location on the corner of the complex with the breakfast terrace facing towards Sunny Beach that captures the early morning sun, and a south facing pool area that maximises the sun throughout the day. It is situated on the Hill Top Villa complex overlooking Sunny Beach and the old town of Nessebar, and views to the hill at Tankovo and Kableshkovo. It is 5 minutes by car from Sunny Beach and the traditional Bulgarian village of Kosharitza. Transfer time from Bourgas airport is 25 minutes. WIFI Internet is provided within the villa.
Please note that both the private pool and complex pool is generally available from end of May until the middle of September, though this can be adjusted for the private pool to suit the prospective booking.
Located in Nessebar, this villa is near theme parks and near the beach. Old Nessebar Windmill and Church of St John Aliturgetos are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas Central Beach. Traveling with kids?
