Family vacation house near the beach perfect for your summer retreat. 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 9 guests. Atmosphere: homey, cozy, beachy, stylish, romantic, with a hint of sea adventures. Each room is individually designed to suits different tastes. Yoga, exercises or just dance barefoot on the grass, make a barbecue with a salad from our vegetable and herbs garden. Outdoor cinema. A nice book from our library, a glass of wine and relax in some of the launches in the private garden or private terrace. It is not just a villa it is state of mind. Open - plan first floor could be used of all guests. Consists of fully equipped kitchen, two separate dinning spaces, bar, saloon with fireplace and library. Barbecue on the porch, attached to the building. Dimitrovi Guest Rooms are situated at the most picturesque and green area of Burgas city - Sarafovo district - right on the beach. When not lying on the beach why don't you try some of these activities: - There is a picturesque bike lane as well as running lane and a small train that will take you from Marina Sarafovo to Burgas Marine Garden; - Tennis court - 100 meters away; - Near by Burgas Sea Lye Baths at the Atanasovsko Lake - good for the bones and skin; - Place is suitable for kitesurf and windsurf /schools at the area/; - Visit St. Anastasia Island. You can rent a yacht at Marina Sarafovo or take the so called St. Anastasia ship from Marina Burgas; - Thracian tomb - 10 minutes away by car; - Museum of aviation; - Aquapark Pomorie - at 15 minutes distance by car; - There are a restaurant and a bistro across the street. Meals could be served at the open air garden.
