Elit 1 Aparments is perfectly situated opposite the famous Imperial Palace Hotel.

The flat and the complex itself are perfect for a group of friends or a family holiday. It has superb transport links with the rest of Sunny Beach and Nessebar as the bus stop is just outside the complex.

For those who prefer a stroll along the beach alley, the centre of Sunny Beach is within 15minutes walking distance.
