You can't beat a south Lake Lanier location like this to enjoy all of the following:
-Deep water, double deck dock with electricity.
-Secluded cove with gently sloped walk to the dock and minimal steps.
-Public boat launch access directly across the cove at Shoal Creek Park.
-Pull your own boat up to the side of our dock or rent one from Aqua Sports at Holiday Marina. Our boat is in our dock slip but there is space to tie up your boat on the side. The dock is 32 feet long.
The property location is hard to beat being 2 miles from Lanier Islands Resort, Holiday Marina and Twisted Oar Lakeside Restaurant, Publix Grocery, 3 miles to Downtown Buford restaurants such as Bare Bones Steakhouse and Aqua Terra Bistro, 25 min to Chateau Elan Winery and Downtown Braselton restaurants such as Cotton Calf Kitchen and Braselton Brewery.
When you book your stay and "Lake It Easy" you will be 5 minutes from “Margaritaville at Lake Lanier Islands” which is the ultimate lakeside paradise getaway! It is a diverse entertainment complex where you can arrive by boat or car! It offers “Paradise Beach” which is more than a half mile of sandy white beaches, a water park, restaurants, tiki bars, beach volleyball, water sports and so much more!!
