Features a King bed with a Tempur-Pedic 3-Inch Mattress topper, 43” 1080p FHD LED Roku Smart TV. Also, a private in-suite bathroom with a role in shower. Which is stocked with hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer.
SECONDARY BEDROOM
Features a Queen bed with a Tempur-Pedic 3-Inch Mattress topper, and 43” 1080p FHD LED Roku Smart TV.
HALLWAY
Features a twin over twin built-in bunkbed equipped with Gel Memory Foam mattresses.
SECONDARY BATHROOM
Full bathroom with shower and tub combination located in the hallway stocked with hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer.
There is plenty of parking in the carport or driveway, and if you have a watercraft or boat there is a gravel driveway on the side of the carport that can fit your boat or watercraft perfectly!
Close to Peachtree Industrial Blvd. 7 min to Buford Dam Park, 7 min to downtown Buford, 8 min to Lanier Park Beach, 9 min to Lake Sidney Lanier, 11 min to Ashton Gardens, 11 minutes to Gwinnett Church, 13 min to Lake Lanier Islands, 14 min to Margaritaville at Lake Lanier Islands, 15 min to Mall of Georgia, 15 min to Suwanee Town Center, 25 min to Gas South Arena.
