This is a quiet neighborhood. Quiet time begins at 10 pm. Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The house is for registered overnight guests only. No additional charge for up to 6 confirmed guests. There will be an additional charge of $30 per person for every guest in excess of 6 or for any additional guests who were not confirmed on the reservation. Please make sure the guest count is accurate when booking. If you need to change the guest count, please do so through the platform prior to arrival. LOCALS MUST CONTACT US FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING. We reserve the right to cancel any local bookings that are not authorized.

No Smoking! We care very much about the air quality of our guests. We even work hard to use neutral cleaners to maintain air quality. Smokers must smoke outside away from open windows and doors. Smoking in the house will result in a minimum $250 additional cleaning fee.

*For guests bringing a pet:
Pets must be well-trained and should have their nails trimmed so as to not scratch the new hardwood floors. Please clean up after your pet. If bringing a dog, please contact us in advance with the details of the dog you plan to bring.

Early check-in/ late check-outs:
We will do our very best to accommodate early check-in or late checkout requests. Please note that it is very rare that these can be accommodated, especially during the summer season. If you must arrive early or late, we suggest booking an additional day as we cannot guarantee availability.
