Our cleaner/maintenance staff only interacts when dispatched to address any reported issues.

👉 Consumables: Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.

👉 Guest List: Please provide a full list of names of all guests staying prior to check-in.

👉 Pet Policy: Pet fee: $125 per pet; a second pet incurs an additional $125 fee. Only small pets under 50 lbs are allowed. You are required to send a photo of your pet's vet records.

👉 Smoking Policy: We strictly do not allow smoking inside the property or anywhere outside near windows and doors. A cleaning fee of $500 to $1,000 will be charged, depending on the invoice from the cleaning company.

👉 Booking Considerations: We strive for accuracy in our listing descriptions. Please note:
This is a discount/budget offering, not a luxury hotel. Nearby hotels of similar size typically charge 2-10x more. Expect certain imperfections in this old home built in the early 1900s. We work hard to provide a 5-star experience, so please maintain realistic expectations.

Our city has been affected by the economic downturn due to the pandemic, which may result in some abandoned buildings with boarded-up windows in certain areas. Despite this, the area is safe, and we have never encountered safety issues.

👉 Insects: There are many bugs in this area, especially during warmer months. The house is not infested, but bugs may enter if doors or windows are left open. We do not provide refunds for bugs entering the house.
‼️ THINGS TO NOTE ‼️

👉Booking Requirements:

1. Locals must contact the host before booking.
2. Only the person who booked the reservation must check in together with any authorized guests who are staying.
3. You must provide a valid phone number for accessibility.
4. All guests must be declared on the reservation. 5. Any undeclared guests will incur an additional charge of $40 per day and may lead to removal if deemed unsuitable by the host or Airbnb.

👉Guest Capacity:
No more than 10 persons may be on the property at any one time. Violating this rule may result in immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

👉Property Access:
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (e.g., amenities, cleanliness), you authorize us to enter the property to resolve the issue as needed. No additional permission is required for access in such cases.

👉 Self Check-In:
This is a self check-in property. By booking, you confirm that you are willing and able to follow the provided instructions.
‼️ HOUSE RULES ‼️

👉 Pets must potty outdoors or in designated community areas. Violations may result in fines or cancellation of your reservation without refund.

👉 Garbage must be disposed of in sealed bags and taken to the outside bins. Please separate recyclables from regular trash. Improper disposal will incur a $50 fine.

👉 Ensure all windows and doors are locked when you are not home and at check-out.

👉 Turn off all lights when not in use, and ensure all lights are off at check-out.

💸 FEES 💸

🚭 Smoking Fee: $200 to $700, depending on the extent of cleaning required.
🚷Late Check-Out Fee: $50 if unauthorized for more than 30 minutes.
🏠 If you hold possession of the property for more than 2 hours after the allowed check-out time, you will be charged for an additional day at the base rate (no discounts).
💩 If the home is excessively dirty after check-out, an additional $100 cleaning fee will apply.

✅ Check-Out Procedures:
1. Place all used towels and linens on the bathroom floor.
2. Dispose of all waste before check-out.

By booking, you agree to act in good faith with your host. You waive your right to a trial if you attempt to damage the host’s business due to dissatisfaction with any ruling by Airbnb or the host.
