Compact yet functional four room apartment well appointed to meet all your needs. Enter into a multipurpose living/dining room with an open coat and shoe storage as well as in unit laundry. Facing west is a spacious bedroom with original hardwood floors, a large closet, and a dedicated workspace. The dining area leads into a small yet fully featured and equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, and crown molding. From the kitchen, enter the bathroom with a spacious vanity and full tub.
