• • turn off ac units in summer. adjust all 4 thermostats that control heat to 60 degrees in fall/winter/spring (2 bedrooms, 1 in bathroom and 1 on basement wall) • lock all doors and windows
• • drain the hot tub if used, and leave valve open, clean hot tub area for next guests • ensure any campfire is completely dead-out
