GAME ROOM: Epic game room with 3 video game consoles, pool table, foos, shuffle board, comfortable sectional and seating, fireplace and 65` Smart TV

Max # of guests is 14 - Exceeding this will result in immediate termination/eviction with no refund

NOTE: We allow dogs upon request and approval with $150 fee - 2 PET MAXIMUM upon approval!

Any pet must be crated if left alone at the property & not allowed on the furniture or beds - if rules are not followed and additional cleaning is required an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Quiet hours 10PM-8AM.
GARAGE GAME ROOM: All 3 doors must be locked up and secured when not in use.

Bryson City is home to this vacation home. Great Smoky Mountains Railroad is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Fontana Lake. Smokey Mountain Trains Museum and Cherokee Botanical Garden and Nature Trail are also worth visiting.
