Minutes from TAMU campus while nestled in the gorgeous outdoors. Huge living room with 12 ft video wall (installed Jan 2026) and cozy sectional that fits at least 10 people. There is another living room upstairs with tons of games for the kids to enjoy. 6 fully furnished adorable bedrooms. You can play pool while listening to your favorite tunes on a rockin' juke box or bluetooth ready sound bars. On the covered back patio you can easily entertain for all your guests while watching the game on the two flat screen TVs outside. Outdoor kitchen complete with hibachi grill, side burner, gas grill, food warmer, sink and outdoor refrigerator. Enjoy the outdoors while lounging on the hammock, playing horse shoes, washers, brushing up on your short game on the putting green, or sun bathe on the turf. Then cool off in the lagoon like pool. Pool can be heated per request. We now have PICKLEBALL! Don't forget to bring fixings for s'mores because there is an amazing stone fireplace outside that you and friends can sit around and gaze at the stars. There is no other venue in town that you can fit so many people comfortably and feel right at home. 2 RV spots available.
