What a gorgeous home! We love it so much, we decided to rent it short term to have a chance of hosting our own family.

UNIQUE OPEN FLOOR PLAN with a kitchen/dining in the middle surrounded by 2 spacious living rooms.

Stylish, modern, yet cozy space. The remodeling was just finished, everything is fresh and new.

The home is very PRIVATE and quiet, with a neighbor on one side only.
Partially fenced YARD with a nice furnished deck and a log fire pit in the middle. A perfect place to relax.

Bring nothing:
ALL NEW LINENS, pillows, blankets, towels.
We also provide all the basic TOILETRIES - full size bottles. Blow dryer.

KITCHEN has everything you need for cooking and baking (including oil, spices and condiments) .
COFFEE BAR with a Keurig, regular coffee maker, kettle and a nice variety of coffee, tea, sweeteners and creamers.
Revers Osmosis DRINKING WATER SYSTEM. No need to buy water.

LAUNDRY: full size washer/dryer, detergent, softener, drying rack, iron, ironing board.

Traveling with kids?

BABY: complete NURSERY (from an experienced mom) with full size crib, changing table, high chair, excersaucer, Ikea plastic dishes, baby/toddler toys, and even a potty! Located in the lower level (less noisy) next to a full bathroom with a bath tub. In the garage: car seat, booster seat, sit-n-stand double stroller, sand toys, folding chairs for the beach, floaties, sand toys, etc! Bassinet for a newborn, feeding pillow, pack-n-play, toddler cot (put in any room). Second mini-crib upstairs. ***Please note: house is not baby proof. There are no outlet plug covers, baby gate or cupboard locks. Please bring your own. No crib bumper provided.

For the older KIDS: full PLAY ROOM with a toy grocery store (everyone's favorite), huge doll house, books and much more!

LOWER LEVEL:
Bedroom 5: Queen bed + full size crib and all the baby items.
Bedroom 6: Used as a toy room and play room, but you are welcome to use the air mattress or bring twin mattress from upstairs.

GROCERY stores with home delivery options or free pick up. (pro tip: preorder your food/household items ahead of time online, let others do the shopping for you for FREE. Pick up your bags on the way to the house. Saves a ton of precious time during your stay!). Target, Aldi, Costco, Walmart, Cub - try Instacart Service if you haven't.

HOUSE RULES:
Photo ID with selfie is required.
Guest that is making a reservation must be 25 years old+.
No pets. No smoking. No shoes indoors.
Quiet hours 9 pm - 9 am.
No parties. $500 fine is Police is called to the property or if there is smoke smell.
A short term rental agreement required before check-in.
Traveler's insurance is strongly recommended.
