Newly renovated private studio with separate bedroom and no shared spaces. Located on the lower level of our duplex, with its own entrance and private bathroom. Set on a quiet one-way street just one block from the subway. The studio has two small windows with limited light, making it a cozy, calm place to unwind. Fully remodeled in May/June 2025 with all new furnishings, mattress, wardrobe and desk for a comfortable stay.

Enjoy your own private studio with a separate bedroom and private entrance — no shared spaces at all. The unit includes a cozy living area with two armchairs, a dedicated workspace for remote work, mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and basic plateware/silverware. While there's no full kitchen, you'll have everything you need for light meals and comfortable downtime. And the neighborhood has amazing food options for all budgets !

Fresh bedding, towels, toiletries, and thoughtful hospitality touches are provided to make your stay feel easy and welcoming.

Note we have security cameras around our unit entrance but none inside for privacy reasons...
