4 Br Private Vacation Home Vacation Rental In Brooklyn, New York

Short term rental laws in NYC now make it unlikely we will list our home again, but we are finding it difficult to hide our listing despite including no availability. Good luck to all who are searching but our home will not be available unless the laws change.

Our home is located in beautiful Park Slope, Brooklyn, recently rated the most livable neighborhood in the United States by Money magazine and frequently listed among the most beautiful areas of New York. Commonly referred to as Brownstone Brooklyn, Park Slope has amazing shopping, great restaurants, beautiful buildings, excellent it is only 12 minutes from downtown Manhattan by subway. Our home is a 3 story, fully renovated private brownstone in the heart of Park Slope. We live on a quiet street that is 1 1/2 blocks from the subway, 2 blocks from beautiful Prospect Park and steps from everything.

We have an incredible kitchen with commercial grade appliances, gorgeous light throughout the home, spacious rooms, central air and heating, great outdoor space, and every amenity you could ever want. Our home has the potential of two master suites if you are traveling with another couple: we have a king sized bed in our master bedroom and a wonderful American Leather Comfort Sleeper King Sized Sofa in our playroom (ground floor), where there is also an adjacent luxurious bathroom with deep soaker tub. In our basement is a new home gym and home theater, an amazing respite for our family and yours. There are two twin bedrooms, one with a trundle bed. They are on the same floor as the master suite. Laundry on the top floor with the bedrooms and a second bathroom as well. Very comfortable for a family.

Please note: our home is not suitable for 3 adult couples. If you inquire about a group of 6 adults, I'm sorry to say we will have to decline the rental.

Not pictured in the photos is a large office or the home theater/gym. The office has two standing desks and space for a queen sized air mattress if you are a larger party. We typically use this space for storage during rentals.

Our home is fully stocked with high end knives, pots and pans, small appliances, every oil, spice, sauce or cooking utensil you would ever need. This is our primary residence so we ask that you treat our residence as you would your own. We will make plenty of space for your things so that you feel at home, but you will also have everything you need to be entirely comfortable during your stay.

We do not allow smoking inside or outside of the house. Please do not inquire if you or any of your guests smoke. No parties, no large groups.

Brooklyn is home to this vacation home. One World Trade Center and Brooklyn Bridge are notable landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Brooklyn Cruise Terminal and Manhattan Cruise Terminal. Traveling with kids? Don't miss Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum and American Museum of Natural History.
