A unique code opens the door to this charming space. Newly renovated, and located a block away from nearby Seaview Park with walking and biking trails for the outdoor enthusiast. A 20-minute car ride will take you to the Barclays Center, Brooklyn Museum, and the Botanical Gardens.
NO SMOKING or VAPING is allowed in this apartment, and we ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the space to preserve the integrity of the floor.

The bedrooms provide restful nights on comfy plush beds with natural lights and a welcoming ambiance. Each bedroom offers generous closet space and accommodates queen-sized beds. There is window air conditioning in each room. The third bedroom can be used as a home office with a desk and pull-out sofabed The rooms are very large and spacious.

The living room provides ample seating for our guests. There is a wall-mounted 65-inch flat screen, smart TV with built-in chrome-cast, and streaming apps like YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV+, etc. Our guests can binge-watch and stream from any streaming service. The living room set also provides a pull-out sofa bed to accommodate extra guests.

The apartment is located 15 minutes from Kennedy Airport and 30 minutes from La Guardia Airport.
The L train is located less than 10 minutes from the VRBO and can quickly get you into Manhattan within 30 minutes. The express bus nearby on Ave M could get you to the city within 30 minutes. For our guests with vehicles, you can park in the driveway if available. There are also free and safe street parking on the block as well as along Seaview Avenue. Please pay close attention to the signs.
The residence is located in a family-friendly neighborhood so it’s walkable and very safe.
