The Space:

Welcome to Bainbridge, a charming 2-bed, 2.5-bath upper duplex nestled within a three-story townhouse in Bed-Stuy. The first level greets you with an open-concept living, dining, and complete kitchen filled with natural light and high ceilings. Enjoy an access to the private deck and fenced-in backyard, and an additional powder room and a spacious coat closet.
Upstairs, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms and an in-unit washer/dryer. The main bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed with a built-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a remote-controllled skylight. The second bedroom, also features a queen bed, a closet, and a comfortable sofa for lounging. An adjacent full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo serves this room. Located between the bedrooms is a dedicated home office that boasts a skylight, large desk, ergonomic chair, and a 32" monitor, making it an ideal space for working from home. The Neighborhood:

Bed–Stuy is a neighborhood in the northern section of the New York City borough of Brooklyn. Bedford–Stuyvesant is bordered by Flushing Avenue to the north, Classon Avenue to the west, Broadway to the east, and Atlantic Avenue to the south). The main shopping street, Fulton Street, runs east–west the length of the neighborhood and intersects high-traffic north–south streets including Bedford Avenue, Nostrand Avenue, and Stuyvesant Avenue.

Note that there is a flight of stairs from the street level to the front door, a flight of stairs between the living area and the bedrooms/office and a flight of stairs from the deck off the kitchen to the backyard.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
