Your Park Slope refuge caters not only to gracious living, comfort, family, and remote work, but also to lovers of music, art, and tech with its Fios 940 up/880 down Gigabit internet connection and WiFi, gorgeous piano, guitars with amp, and a broad art, music, poetry, fiction book and music collection. There are numerous original works of art throughout.
With health and safety in mind, there is a whole-house water purification system providing filtered water from every source. Nest thermostats and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors throughout. Heated thermal floors and heated master bathroom floor. Ring video doorbell system and outdoor security cameras.
The chef-appointed kitchen features oversized and bar sinks, luxury island prep area (also great as a standup work area) and includes a new silent Bosch dishwasher, and top-of-the-line appliances including Vitamix blender, Electrolux fridge, Samsung range and microwave, slow juicer, countertop mixer, Baritza coffee grinder, OXO drip coffee maker for the best coffee, instapot, toaster and soda-stream, and an extensive cutlery, cookery, and cook-tool collection.
The main areas have voice-controlled lighting. Sonos with Spotify and other available services send music throughout the house allowing for different music in each room. A large vinyl collection and turntable feed into the whole house system as well.
Entertainment media room includes a system-connected NAD reciever, Monitor Audio speakers, 500-watt NHT subwoofer, large screen TV, Xbox One X, games, and movies for immersive listening, movie and gaming experiences. Both master bedrooms have large screens. Netflix, AppleTV+, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video is available on all three screens. Additional Screen available for third bedroom as well. A panoply of board games are stocked for downtime and playtime.
Each bedroom includes ample closet space and will be delivered empty for your use. Cupboard space in large laundry room (washer, dryer, sink) delivered empty for your use. Laundry room has comfortable standing-height counter and enjoys a top-floor window lookout.
Upstairs Master Bedroom includes 2-screen iMac in guest mode with scanner and printer, for a minimally invasive but fully useful home office.
Six work ready areas include: (1) 30x60" table in downstairs master bedroom dressing area, (2) glass desk in entertainment room, (3) built-in desk in kitchen, (4) kitchen island bar, (5) dining room table, and (6) upstairs master bedroom desk.
Exclusive outdoor areas include fully furnished garden and parlor-floor balcony off of kitchen with 2 seat cocktail table.
Located in Brooklyn, this vacation home is in the city center. Brooklyn Cruise Terminal and South Street Seaport are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Lincoln Center and American Museum of Natural History.
