The space
Gorgeous, spacious, light-filled two-story brownstone home located in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn, New York. On the first floor and after the large entrance, you have a great living room area on your right. This space has a TV, an incredibly comfortable sofa. The whole area is airy and very bright with two beautiful windows facing our quiet tree-lined street.
This space opens to the full kitchen and dining space for up to 6 guests. On this floor, you also have a conveniently located half-bathroom at the end of the entrance hallway.
On the second floor, up the stairs, is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in spacious shower, and double sinks. The second room can have a double function, for sleeping and as office space. In case you need to work remotely, this house is just perfect, and the spaces offer each guest their needed privacy. Adjacent to the office and second room, you have another full bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry room.
This pleasant house, quiet and luxurious, can certainly offer you a magnificent getaway, staycation, or a temporary environment to work, and just a short commute from Manhattan.

Other things to note
A few things to keep in mind & follow :-)

- No Smoking inside the apartment. We do allow Smoking outdoors, in the front yard
- No pets - Sorry fuzzy friends!
- No parties, or events! #Really! We expect our guests to respect night time with quiet hours starting at 10 PM until 7 AM & please respect our neighbors and our lovely neighborhood
- Included in no parties or events: If the guests in the reservation plan on having other guests, this must be discussed with the host beforehand. We allow only two additional guests more inside the house (than the ones in the reservation). Any other guests, more than two at once, should be approved by the host beforehand and before the reservation is confirmed
- Please leave any trash in the courtyard in the bins provided. Rob our local Decatur Street guy will sort it out - If you see a person in the courtyard moving trash around, most likely is Rob! Hashtag Hi Rob!
- Self-check-in/check - Instructions are provided on Airbnb App (Self-check-in feature) or through a search engine on Airbnb on your arrival day starting at check-in time US EST
- Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and check out by 11 AM
- Luggage Storage - For now, we do not have a solution for that.
- Children and infants are welcome but please bring your own amenities
- Children / Infants: we consider infants below 2 years old as a guest. If that is your situation please select the infant as children so that it counts for pricing matters!
- There is a surveillance device on the property - Nest video doorbell only

Machines: You have inside the house instructions to help you use the machines, laundry, stove/cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, thermostat... Please follow those instructions and the house manual.
