At the end of a quiet side road with a small creek behind, only 0.8 miles to the restaurants and shops on Lukfata Trail!
This relaxed rustic lodge will draw you out to the covered deck with comfy seating, where there's a hot tub and propane grill, a Cornhole game, and Horseshoes off the deck. Inside dining with bench seating for up to 12 at the two hand made wood dining tables with benches, seating for 4 more at the beautiful granite island. Outside is a dining table set with chairs for 5.
Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and tableware - everything you need to prepare and serve meals in the beautiful oversize kitchen.
Four king bedrooms, a bunkroom with two twin bunkbeds, plus a loft with two full size beds that can sleep four. 4.5 bathrooms. On the main floor one bedroom with private full bathroom, the rest are upstairs. Three king bedrooms upstairs each have a full bathroom, two of these bathrooms also open to the hallway for access from the bunkroom and gameroom. A third level kid themed loft with winding staircase has two full size, low platform beds that sleep up to 4 kids. Smart TV's throughout. Fireplaces are decorative only for now, not for use until further notice.
6.5 miles to the nearest boat launch on Broken Bow Lake along with swim beaches.
11 miles to the Forest Heritage Center down in the middle of Beavers Bend State Park below the dam where the Lower Mountain Fork River meanders through the hills, where there are all levels of hiking trails - free trail maps at the Heritage Center!
4 miles to Cedar Creek Trail, a popular park and ride and entryway to the beautiful and wild Ouachita National Forest with its many miles of old logging roads and trails for off highway vehicle use and some trails that are reserved for hiking along the ridgetops and valleys of these wild and beautiful hills.
Broken Bow is home to this cabin. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ouachita National Forest and Broken Bow Lake. The Maze of Hochatown and Hochatown Rescue Center & Petting Zoo are also worth visiting.
